I KNOW points =/= sales but usually, the points are way weaker than real WW sales (this system is stupid, I remember Part of Me debuting at #1 in the US with 411,000 downloads, it debuted at #3 on Mediatraffic with 272,000 points).
I need to understand, how did it get to 1,200,000 points?
The song did not even sell 600k in the US and almost did not sell anything outside.

First of all, your sales in your OP are way off. Second, Work Bitch sold more or less 500K in major markets without the US.
That's 1.34 Million Million in Sales only in the major markets and it sold 130K in South Korea which makes it 1.47 Million sold now.
Let's say she sold 100-200K in other markets which is undermining it. She easily sold 1.5 Million copies.
