There's no need to argue about Lana and Gags. For multiple reasons.
1. Gaga's actual contemporaries are crushing her.
2. Lana is doing exceptionally well (see BTD being 100+ positions above ARTPOP on Billboard despite being release two years earlier)
3. Lana's never been singles driven yet WC is doing better than expected.

- Jermaine (even tho he ain't ****, he still has gave us bops like It's Like That, We Belong Together, etc)
- The-Dream (he's done Touch My Body, Obsessed, and H.A.T.E.U.)
- Tricky Stewart (about same stuff as The Dream)
- Sevyn (reasons you said )

They're all current, would give her a good RECENT sound, and keep her Urban. I don't know WHY she chooses to work with the same BUMS when anyone would work with her.

I don't think she's as motivated to create great music either. She's 45 now and her priorities are clearly elsewhere, which is perfectly ok.
