It's crazy how Paper Planes has been out for almost year now (?) and it's just now catching on. I guess it's because of it's use in the Pineapple Express advertisement. Other than that, I'm not sure why the song is just now becoming big.
^IDK, but I'm glad as I just discovered it last month. I love her other music "Galang" and "Bucky done Gun", and I had always wondered what "PP" was and never got the chance to check it until June of this years.

That performance on the Miss Universe Show was totally horrible and awkard. It turned me off, I had to erase her image from my mind, and get into the song alone. Now I really like it.

I thought the vocals were pretty good. Yeah, the outfit looked like it came from Saturn and the hair looked like it came from Tyra Banks, but abstract and off-the-norm are her style I guess...
:banana3: I have such low expectations for this song because Nas is not well-known by mainstream at all. But #113 is way better than complete obscurity.
