Her visit to Disney has me really concerned just as much as you guys, but I don't know I just can't see it.. I don't want that to be the case. Also I don't see how HR could be considered as "exciting potential".

so, I went back to Josh's interview with Hilary and she said at one point that "she didn't owe her label anything" after doing the best of album. It sounded like she was still pissed at them, so I don't see why she would go back.

Well I think Hilary went to the Walt Disney Studios because they maybe still have old songs/stuff from her, that she wants back? I don't think Hilary will sign by a Disney recordlabel. When I did the interview with her back in 2011 she told me that HR has a lot of stuff of her. And she still is pissed on them. Hilary also don't have the rights for all the concert footage in all those years (Still Most Wanted and Dignity tour) and the Disney Mobile songs she recorded are also with Disney/HR. I tried figure it out what she has but I am still not sure if Hilary has the Dignity songs that she had left. (that is my twisted thinking) Or maybe Andre wanted Hilary to meet some people that he knows because Andre is still with Disney.

What for soundtrack? I don't think Younger or Flock of Dudes get a soundtrack. If so then Flock of Dudes is going to be distributed by Disney that can be the only reason I can think of.

I think getting rights to her old material is the most possible reason for going to Disney. I hope she knows better than to go back to that label.

But anyway, that doesn't seem likely. HR signs artists with appeal to tweens. Hilary's market is adult now.

I agree with this, I was talking to a Hilary stan last night on Twitter and he brought this up and it was something that I had never even thought about. Do you all really think Hilary would go back to Hollywood Records after how poorly they treated her? I most certainly don't.

After reading some of your responses I'm convinced again she's not signed to HR, she knows better.
