I don't know but Jessie has totally ruined a fun and successful tournament with his fighting and abrasive-ness it's so upsetting and a great shame seeing acids hard work and effort being ruined like this
you know what my question can wait - mods you can tend to this matter first can you ban him from the pokemon thread as well though when he decides to stop being dramatic and trying to avoid warning points
