Technically no. If you used the word "Beysus" in a thread, you would almost definitely receive a warning point because you're still using a mangled stan name that's clearly referring to the artist, not the album (e.g. Loudsus, Prismsus). If you were able to do that, everybody would defend its use by saying, "I was referring to the album!" I think you can possibly still be warned for album titles, too, though, depending on the context.
