Asking for illegal links to an album,
or otherwise promoting that type of activity, is strictly forbidden. Banks posting a tweet threatening to leak her own album isn't against the rules because there's actually no file sharing going on in there. It's more so just people waiting to see if she will upload it to her Soundcloud or something like that. Her leaking her album doesn't necessarily mean her putting it on a file sharing site and spreading links around.
If the album does leak (it won't) and people start spreading download links or asking for one, then there may be some points handed out.
