objectively, this song is really trippy and unique (in a good way) and it's really refreshing compared to what's currently popular. I like it, I use it.

and i'm so happy this is doing well on iTunes. a little shocked the reception is this big, but nonetheless still happy for her.

It's used as a criticism of wealth and excess. She's saying people on the West Coast have their shallow, Hollywood idols (Queen of Saigon reference) but this guy she loves simply has "the music."
