objectively, this song is really trippy and unique (in a good way) and it's really refreshing compared to what's currently popular. I like it, I use it.

I'm from Saigon (or Ho Chi Minh city) and have no idea what she means by that lol Maybe the past or nostalgia since Saigon is an old name.
It's used as a criticism of wealth and excess. She's saying people on the West Coast have their shallow, Hollywood idols (Queen of Saigon reference) but this guy she loves simply has "the music."
Lana completely smashed hard with West Coast and I want her to destroy the charts!! It would be so so so great to see a song like this doing well in the charts!
