1. I would have wanted different songs this era (more TMKON>>>> Less Crash My Party and Drink A Beer). Its like he went the same route Katy did in putting lots of ballad/mid-tempo songs on their albums.

I LOVE "Drink a Beer." It's very, very cheesy, but that's country for you.
I agree that Capitol wanted them to do more down-tempo music. It seems to be working for their album sales, though TMKON is the best-selling single from the era so far.
