Maybe I just misread or maybe it's just for the bigger atrl bases (Gaga, Bey, etc.) that need it more?

It's okay. Yes, they already have mods who are fans of Britney, Gaga, Xtina and Madonna, but I don't think they have mods who are fans of Adele, Katy Perry, Beyonce and Rihanna. So it's our time!
