No, I just thought I saw in the other "new mods needed" blah blah thread when I checked yesterday that there were bases where it already had a member listed as being a new mod, but then it had something like "open spot" next to it for someone else.
Maybe I just misread or maybe it's just for the bigger atrl bases (Gaga, Bey, etc.) that need it more?
