Beyonce has about 1.9 million vs. BTW's 1.8 mil at this time, but it sold 13k last week vs. 17k for BTW's comparable week.
Born this Way is currently at about 2.3 million.

So far, 13k per week is not enough to equate BTW's sales.

In the same week, BTW outsells Beyonce by just 4k.

Assuming they keep going forward, you'll need 20 weeks of BTW outselling Beyonce by 4k to match. Wacky logic but then you think about the fact that Beyonce is going to start promoting at some point.
