I would love to be a Gaga mod but, hey. I think he desrves it more.

New mods are needed tho, as you guys need to do basic things such as tell the user why a thread was shut ect. I send quite a few reports and some end up getting dismissed to be later fullfilled. Its annoying.

Also, some mods need to be removed because lets be real they are ****.

Not just the Base part of the site, though it is probably the most active. It needs to have a balance.

Base is where most of the reports come from and it's where most of the bias accusation happens. We're also dealing with updating the rules for each section like the Music ones Kworb recently posted. It's all just an effort to adapt to how freaking huge we are.

There's obviously a greater need for an April Vine moderator than, say, a Tetrazzini Ferrero Rocher moderator, because it's only a matter of time until the Band Aids start making death threats against Los Angeles Reid in the Avril base. I don't know how much I'm allowed to share but I will say that the color schemes are breathtaking. Each one is simple yet elegant. They're not as bold and shocking as our current ones. I'm pretty sure Athens designed them from scratch because each one has several different hues involved but they all blend perfectly.

I would probably say that it's due to the fact that there aren't a lot of Kelly Clarkson stans on ATRL causing problems.

If there were constant Kelly stan battles/wars/polls/arguments/accusations of warning point bias, it would makes sense to have one for her.

I love what the mods are doing with this system as well as with the site.

I've been around since forever & I love watching ATRL evolve. Can't wait to see what's in store & to be a part of it!

I think they're mostly being selected this way so that they'll be able to micromanage (or micromoderate lol) the fanbase that they belong to.

That way if there are Gaga problems going on, one of the 2 Gaga head moderators can handle it instead of forcing the Britney stan to have to suffer through dealing with it.

That will actually only produce more bias. Like, Navy moderator won't be willing to warn Navy etc. Also I am not here to be warned only by one moderator...what if I don't get well with the one who gets picked?

I'm not sure how I feel about this. Could be either a very good or bad idea. A great stan doesn't necessarily make a good mod. Also the motives are surely different on both sides.
Either way I have faith the staff pulls off the right picks with proper deliberation.
