I still couldn't get into their new singer. I just think everyone hated Annete so much that they loved Floor instantly. I am one of those fans who prefer their late work like Once and Dark Passion Play. I mean, their more hardcore fans defend Wishmaster, but that album sucks, that song is one of their worst ...
I will give their new stuff a listen, give Jansen a chance, let's see....
Once is their best. So amazing. But I love all of their albums (except Imaginaerum which was just okay). Wishmaster is amazing too, She Is My Sin made me a fan.
The title track is one of the weakest though. I hate that it's their most famous song cause of the misheard lyrics video.
Really not comparable. Lana's popularity has risen within the past two years since BTD.
& even if her material is incredibly polarising, she will still achieve healthy sales. She has a cult-like fanbase, with one positive being they're not crazy like the Lil Joannesters.
