I hate to say it but I think it's time to move on from this era. I highly doubt radio or any big performance would help elevate the song significantly. I'm even doubting Gypsy at this point.
She should keep releasing videos and stuff while on tour but no official singles. Just go on tour, get critical acclaim and then come back with ACT II.

A new single COULD have worked if she followed through with Do What U Want - probably by January or early February. But by not doing so and going into a blackout, she gave up on her song and her album.

More like good riddance. **** videos or anything. Cancel ARTPOP 2 and get back in the studio and write new music.
He wasn't, just look at all the spots he booked for Gaga during Applause and DWUW
but of course she wanted to perform Venus so she ****ed up his strategy
not only that but his radio connections probably made DWUW a hit without not much sales
Bobby on the other hand is just booking promo spots for the sake of booking without them adding to anything
You and I (which I still think is a decent music video) was kind of all over the place and not usually liked by most people. Marry The Night (still my favorite music video) had the prologue pathetique and had messy editing during the real song until the breakdown at the end. Applause was also a last minute job and we all know about DWUW.

YAI was a top 10 hit (at least in the US) and I think one of her signature songs so the video can slide MTN sucks because Gaga directed it need I say more? GUY sucks because Gaga directed it need I say more? DO YOU SEE A PATTERN?
