Beyonce had the same kind of song notoriety in the first decade of 2k. Between her Destiny's Child, she produced hits on hits. In fact, Rih's hits are more disposable. Beyoncé's solo 5 #1's are only a few weeks off from Rihanna's total #1's (w/ features included) for time at the top.

At some point, hits should translate into something of a legacy. That has happened for Bey. Not so much for Rih. I mean FB likes...sure...but we've seen how much good that did for Shakira.

She is not in the top 500 selling artists in France (whIle Rihanna) is top 200 if not top 100.

Her album sold 10x less than Music of the mixtape in Japan.

She ranked lower than Keri Hilson on a very reliable German all time chart.
