Most of Katy's songs except for Firework and maybe Hot N Cold have been forgotten internationally. The fact that most of her older singles besides Firework are charting in less countries on itunes than most of Gaga's old singles (even Born This Way is charting in more countries than any old Katy single minus Firework) speaks for itself. Not to mention her recurrent airplay internationally is pretty low.

Gaga is a timeless pop act while Katy Perry is disposable, of-the-moment trash. Her one lasting single might be Teenage Dream though.
