It may seem relatively low but all she has done is release the single cover.

Major Promotion (is a twit even promotion?). No Performance. No Talkshow. Not even a Teaser. So do not freak out.
As for streaming
This is a very new single that not many people are aware of.
It has no Audio Video, Lyric Video or Music Video.
Plus Katy Doesn't have trouble with streams.
DH which you all called childish. Is the most watched music video in the world from last week.
Overall:
The single is doing well. off to a great start but nothing ground breaking.

DO NOT go running around that Birthday is certain for NO.1 we all had that experience before and had been crushed (Uncle deserved better
