Rihanna and Beyonce are considerably bigger than him WW, but not in the U.S. Comparing their last eras:

Rih's era is over and Luke's is moving faster than Bey's ("Play It Again" is #3 on U.S. iTunes), though his era started earlier. I also underestimated Luke's numbers and inflated Bey's digital tracks sold.
