I feel like she is planning her BEYONCE era. Surprise release, iTunes said that they have a big surprise coming soon, she will perform her new songs on tour just like Beyonce did, and she will probable have videos for every song. Slay Gaga but please don't work with those producers, we need a new fresh sound.

Still think releasing Act II exclusively as tour merch from May 4 would do wonders for her.

She'd sell tickets with headlines reading "GAGA RELEASES ALBUM AS SHE BEGINS WORLDWIDE TOUR" and no one could scrutinise poor sales because it wouldn't go through Soundscan. The day after the tour ends (November 11), she could then just randomly drop it in stores and digitally as a cute one-year on release and for some holiday sales. If Act II is a re-release then we can just get a good 500k+ sales added to ARTPOP's overall sales.

If it's not available anywhere but the tour until November, she can keep busting out singles from the first volume because DAYUMMM Gypsy and Sexxx Dreams can't go to waste.

I'm sure if Vol. 2 is indeed coming this month, they have an entire plan in place. Whatever they decide to do I trust them. Let's not forget that everyone had just about given up on Beyonce before she released. I mean, literally an hour before the album dropped there were posts on here left and right about how she's over
