Do Facebook likes really say something about an artist's fan base? Shakira just had the most embarrassing first week sales ever yet she's the Queen of Facebook (or close to being). Same with Rih. A lot of likes yet her fan base is pretty weak. Does having a fan base even really matter anymore (see: Gaga and Bieber although I do believe both will rise up).

It rises 17-14 on Digital Songs (65,000 downloads sold, up 5 percent) and 23-16 on Radio Songs (53 million, up 27 percent).
