You have to understand that under no account can those 3 be held resposnible for ARTPOP's performance. If the album had sold 4 millions by now you would be praising it, Gaga, the producers and even the cleaning lady to the higest of heavens!
Apart from mismanagement, IF that is true, everything else is Gaga's fault, but if that was what she wanted then there is no blame to be put on her. You can't say it's Gaga's 'fault' since she wanted that to be the final ARTPOP product. She doesn't care, so should you. And obviously she will promote that doesn't cancel the fact tht she doesn't care.
