She COULD do MTV Movie Awards for the fact it airs on MTV WW, and helps in smaller places like Italy etc. If she goes, she should do something "shocking" that will be enough to grab attention to the song.

Other than that, a commercial would be more than enough. If a big budget video, a few TV performances (Letterman and something else), and a radio release can't do it.. Nothing can.

Booking (ineffective) promo slots has never been a weak point when it comes to Gaga's career. Only Katy can rival her in terms of amount of promo.

Bobby (who used to bring Troy his tea and coffee) still has a lot to prove. A good manager would now lock her up in a studio with talented people and have fired DJWS, Zedd and Madeon without informing her.
