I want Rih to do a BET awards show because I think she would really bring it. She knows how critical urban audiences are plus she'd be performing in front of legends. Which legends will she be performing for. BET has little to no impact and urban listeners are useful for the first week sales tbh. BBMA definitely carry more impact.

What do you mean? JT always kept both career seperated and has never included his music in his movie.

Also 99% of JT roles we're not blockbuster films.Also most of his movies are technically hits. And in terms of animation movies he has had amazing success.

It's not like she's gonna lose the urban community for doing an album like that, it's more of an opportunity to gain back naysayers who prefer pop Rihanna and make new fans since the content will be more friendly than usual. Her urban fanbase is much less fickle.

Obviously this is all just speculation tho, for all we know Home could be trap kidz bop

Rihanna fanbase isn't even mostly urban listeners, it's pratically impossible to tell what genre Rihanna's fanbase like. Also Rihanna went from dark/twisty and suicidal (which is what the GP perceived) to a happy joyous girl and everyone ate it up.

It's all a question of image. If Rihanna goes dressing like she did at Chanel show and GMA with a sweet voice people would eat it up. Marketing is key.

The urban community loves them some good little corny ballads they will be satisfied by that. The pop community is much more fickle and this is the perfect opportunity to gain them back.
