"Blow" and "Jealous" can't flop if they promote them well, or at least outside the US. Also "Pretty Hurts", "Mine".
And she can always re-release it with more singles. She can release 19 flop singles like 4closure just for the sake of album sales and end up selling 2-3 million more.
She has a lot of choices.
