It really doesn't. You'll never see anyone choose Reshiram over Ho-Oh in any possible scenario. It just sucks bad with that average Speed, SR weakness, EQ weakness and it's absolute Kyogre bait. Ho-Oh makes up for it's shortcoming with Sacred Fire, Brave Bird, better typing, ability to go defensive, can function outside of Sun and has great coverage, and it's not stopped coldly by Blissey.
Kyurem-W isn't even that good anyway, and Reshiram is completely outclassed by it. It's literally the worst Uber Dragon.
