I don't see the downside of releasing Gypsy. It's a great song that puts a new twist to the album and could renew interest. She doesn't even need to do a video. Just release the Ampya Germany live video as the official.
Gypsy had its chance when it was performed at SNL and failed to even crack the top 100.
Gypsy actually cracked the top 100 on iTunes more than once, and went as high as #73, which is higher than any of the other strictly-album tracks on ARTPOP.
