It depends. Billboard update every Wednesday but there is no guarantee Bey will be reported. Some of her first leg EU shows in April/May were not reported until December

However it may come sooner then that, and I still talk to my Brazilian source who gets Pollstar so as soon as I know I will post of course

I wish she had put Grown Woman and Standing On The Sun on the album and made them singles, I don't think anything can smash right now looking at it but Drunk In Love is quite an anthem around the World and I never thought it would do that good so who knows, Bey can be so unpredictable.
Superpower is my favorite song but I don't think it would work as a single

Well Partition is not dead, its getting 1M+ updates everyday, plus they just sent DrIL and Partition to radio internationally, so 'Blow' and 'Pretty Hurts' will soon get their shine

Superpower is post-R&B excellence. it would only smash on URBAN AC & top20 on urban maybe.

Who is responsible for reporting it to Billboard and Pollstar? I don't feel like waiting til December to declare Beyonce as the official biggest touring artist of our generation.

Partition should NOT be sent to pop, way too explicit and will just tarnish public friendly image, she should just use a radio edit of Blow and send that over to pop radio in a couple weeks.
