I hate to call her out, but she's the most prominent person doing it atm. I just think performances and appearances add more excitement and events to an era.

But she just finished a 132-date tour and her anniversary is in a couple of days. I think she's just taking a much needed break to spend it with her child and husband. It's not like she's "avoiding promoting," I think it's because she simply can't right now. I suspect she'll start promoting again at the end of April and May, right around Billboard Music Awards. Hopefully, she does a few talk shows like Ellen/Jimmy Fallon and maybe the SNL Finale.
