With promo, Britney would have at least doubled her sales in the US and worldwide. Both 'Gimme More' and 'Piece Of Me' were big worldwide hits by theirselves. If Britney had done half the promo she did for ITZ, those singles would have been HUGE and that would bring a lot more album sales.

These are all the albums artist have released between 1998-2008 in the US combined, not just 1, for each artist all of the albums sales are combined.

Nelly Furtado's numbers are wrong. Her first album sold 2.6 million. Her second album sold 450k. Her third album sold nearly 2.1 million.

Wait, somethings wrong. Metamorphosis sold 3.8 million in the usa, but Most Wanted sold 1,400,000+ and Hilary Duff sold 1,800,000 along with Dignity's 420,000 and when I add that together I get 7,420,000 for all of her USA sales... not 5.8 million like that list has.
