Thats an unfair comparison. Prism's 15th week prolly fell within the xmas shopping period. Not to mention, its been discounted heavily repeatedly.
Fact however is that BEYONCE is currently selling better than Prism and has sold more overall too!!

its selling the album ww but not as much in the US as it was realeased in december there.

No its 15th week was already during February. And they already selling the same outside the US and the overall gap is getting smaller each week (only 6k separated them last week).

I didn't know that Bday was released 1 month before the album and that it had gone Top10 on iTunes for weeks. Or that it sold +1m (nearly the same as DrIL total) before being sent to radio.

As of right now, "Partition" is only serviced to urban radio and it's #2 on the format it was released on. It has not been released to mainstream radio, although Columbia has listed it as "coming soon." No official adds date yet.

I wasn't comparing it to Prism per se though. But if you want to, wasn't Prism already on it's 3rd single by the 15th week? BEYONCE has had one pop single, and two urban ones. Those don't really equal the same.

PRISM has many different sounds. It was so an integrated album.
