Speaking of Britney, does she have a single out? I haven't heard anything besides Work Bitch and that was online. I had no idea she'd released an album until I came back to ATRL and saw every one dragging it

Other than that, she'll never been a major chart force again.

It's fine though. As long as she puts out well-rounded, good albums (aka NOT ARTPOPs) and has the ability to tour outdoor pavilion-type venues, I'm pretty content. Hopefully she'll start doing darker/riskier/more unique stuff now that the 'charts don't matter' (we'll see).

Video views don't really matter that much. CG has 1/2 the views of Roar but it's far more significant and iconic, at least right now. You never know how big Roar's imagery can get. It's already at a way better start than the candy queen costumes

she can be semi successful if she goes back to RedOne and gets a great team who helps her make right choices for her career and don't take any of her artistic ********.

That's not true though. JGlobal is trying to recreate her past success doing the same type of thing and it isn't working.

This is so true. I feel like Rihanna only exists as a popstar in the public eye just for her music and not as herself as an artist. Her peers such as Beyoncé, Gaga and Katy feel much more present as people, whereas she seems to be just a constant voice on the radio.

I think it's just because my first year of university coincided with OMG and then DJ Got Us Falling In Love.. So I heard it A LOT and now cannot stand either of those songs.

Lady Gaga needs to do what Bill Werde said -- take a break. Then, come back with catchy music.
If she doesn't swallow some of her pride and ask for help from talented producers and
talented songwriters for her next album, then she'll flop again like "ARTPOP."

But so many ppl wrote L4M as pop when there was not really that much pop on it

Scream was a huge mistake and ****ed him up

But I dont agree with Usher having 4M...what works for Bey is she has a bigger media presence while Usher not so much...i dont think its just the music
