The Swedish albums chart is mostly comprised of streaming points rather than sales. "Beyoncé" is not available for streaming in any country, hence her position.
Imo, she would still have a relevant career if she did like Usher and did Pop songs like "Overdose" way sooner while she was relevant, before she fell off.
Once R&B peaked and died, Usher made sure his career didn't. Ciara just kept thinking R&B is still relevant.
She coulda smashed like Pop Usher w/ an "Overdose" or "OMG" type song while relevant.
