I needed to post the FULL TRUTH, not a mini truth.

iHype, go to bed. You're too pressed about Mariah to realize what a mess you're being. Am not sure why you're upset with people liking Cassie in the first place but
And the NERVE to talk about vocals when Ke$ha is 4th on your last.fm
Ke$ha is always in the top five of everyone's last.fm. There's nothing new here.

Is it so much to ask for a pop track from Mariah Carey? That's how she exploded, after all -- with
pop. Why can't we get another "Loverboy?" What's the problem, Mimi? Put R&B on the back
burner for the time being, because we can't take anymore of these tracks from you, M.
She currently does R&B/Soul, which is why I posted those.
The Pop songs every few years or so, were an ADDITION to here humongous legacy (example: All I Want For Christmas Is You, Hero).
Try again b00.
What kinda lie ? Mariah was the Katy Perry of the 90s. So cheesy, so catchy. Besides Vision of Love, Emotion, & Anytime You Need a Friend, her first few albums were almost entirely AC pop. Like Celine type songs. Hero, Dreamlover, Love Takes Time ring a bell?
The fact that Mariah doesn't seem to be a legend doesn't bode well for Rihallah though.
I think her status as a sex & style icon will leave her with immense impact. And I think her legacy won't fully kick in until like a decade after she dies. I think she'll kinda be remembered in the same way as Marilyn. Moreso for her style, sexuality and lifestyle than her actual music.

Emotions is not Pop, just stop.

"One Sweet Day" and "Vision of Love" probably got massive R&B airplay, but those songs were skewed towards the AC audience. She has harder R&B stuff than either of those songs.
