According to every chart anywhere on planet Earth or Venus the sales for The Fame and The Fame Monster (Deluxe) re-release are combined. It's at 15 million worldwide. Nothing in Bey's solo career comes even close. It's standalone 8-track EP pushed 3 million alone by itself and that album is what is counted separately.
