Part of Nicki's appeal to me is that her music is a good mix of fun and confidence boost. Even with her more serious songs, she has this crazy confidence and energy that draws you to her flow.

Visually, yes. Lyrically, not at all. Sorry but I can't take music seriously that mentions actors and singers from the 50's in every song and randomly puts nonsensical controversial lyrics like "my ***** tastes like Pepsi Cola" and "I was an angel looking to get ****ed hard". I have no idea what her true emotions are because in every song of hers there's these lyrics that completely ridiculize the song. Like for example 'Blue Jeans' could've been a beautiful and genuine song, but the James Deen and Hip-Hop mentions are completely ridiculous. Songs like Champion and Autobiography are songs I can relate to, I know how she feels and I understand what she's trying to express.

But yeah, listen to what you want. You're really the one who keeps bringing her up in a thread about Nicki Minaj.

I love how versatile they are. Remind me of Nicki, cause they also received backlash for their dance stuff, people wanted them to go back to hip hop.

I still like will.i.am, but I do hope Nicki won't work with him again.
