Anyone knew Saint Seiya? It was one of my fave Japanese animes when I was a little kid, but I felt so stupid when I rewatched it last year, really stupid. I can't believe it aged so badly and this is something that I got excited for every evening after I finished my homework.
Dragon Ball is no the other hand, though. It is a classic.
Season 1 of Digimon was objectively the better TV series than Pokemon
Better story and build up, better and diverse characters, actual character development, good pacing (it's only 54 episodes so barely any filler if at all).
Pokemon season 1 was entertaining too but let's not
