Mods how many signatures are needed to unban a member? I think we have enough for Teddy

That's not how it works. When H-I-M got banned we gathered 60 members or smth like that in a petition and still it didn't change anything. It's just up to the mods' decision + his ban is not unfair, he didn't respect a well known rule.
