I just added that one lol.
I see JGMAR and Stay being remembered well 10-20 yrs down the line. I think a lot of Bruno's hits will be remembered just because I see him having a legendary run of memorable hits.

Diamonds and wrecking ball are bigger and more memorable than 90% of that list.

Funny how there are no Beyst songs yet the Hive claims she's some kind of legend with huge legacy.

Yes I could see something like Dog Days Are Over (#21 peak) outlasting a lot of those.

Let's take the options I presented and dissect them.
Which will be more remembered than the others? Who will be the dark horse classics (any I didn't list)? What songs will stand through the test of time, and/or which will be left stuck in the current decade?

Disney probably avoided using Demi Lovato as the Ice Queen's voice
because Disney wanted everyone to actually like Queen Elsa.

Poker Face and Just Dance get more recurrent airplay than those two combined

There's only 3 songs from MusicTalker's list that really make the cut.

We Found Love is the biggest classic for this generation. Only deluded soul would deny this.

There's a reason I said "options" and not "will be classics" lol. Of course that's too many to be possible.

Wrecking Ball is already so iconic. Especially the video.

Speaking of which, I'm still hesitant to list Dark Horse. I need to see how it holds up for the rest of the year in terms of re-currency.

|
"Take Over Control" by Afrojack is definitely a contender. It was a "flop" for ATRL standards, but the song gets A LOT of recurrent airplay. You'd thing that it was a new song from the amount of times its played on the radio
And if a song isn't even a signature song of the artists' discography, it definitely won't be a signature song of the time period (Not Afraid)
Just sayin'

I think You've Got the Love is a more likely classic for Florence, at least in the UK
