These ads can be based on browsing history by IP. You don't know what websites your collegues have been visiting

In all seriousness though: We are aware of the problem. There's just nothing us mods can do about it. We informed the admins, they are aware of the issues and trying to resolve it. There's really not much more we can tell you

Does it count as off-topic if you say "thought this was going to be about __________ " (example) in a thread? Because I get that people often do it but I swear every time someone makes a thread about BANKS someone has to run in and say "thought this was about Azealia!" and like after reading it about 20 times it's sort of annoying.

Did I seriously got a warning point for calling my fave like one of her eras? That's nicknaming? That's offensive? I'm sorry if I misunderstood, but everyone calls the Gaga looks from the Fame era FameGa, it's the FameGa style and I don't think that there is anything offensive with it. If there is, I beg pardon, but it wasn't my intention to offend anyone saying that Lady Gaga is serving Fame era realness

Any nickname of an artist, whether it be positive or negative, is warnable. Just say "Fame Gaga" or something. Changing the actual name gets you points.

It's a rule made so that they have more reason to ban people.

But where's the limit when she herself calls her that? Gaga calls herself Gags, Creative Rebellion, Famega and all of that, why does anyone have to find it offensive or even warnable? I guess that the fighters aren't able to call her fave Xtina neither, or the hive call Bey, Queen B. I know it's a rule that says that every nickname is warnable, but we have to distinguish between pity nicknames (positives or negatives) and actual nicknames.
