It's #8/#7 position is fake.
Would be #12 2 months ago with the same amount of spins.
She also has little crossover radio appeal unlike most other artists charting on pop, so she's still only 27th overall on radio.
She has 20% more AI than 51st overall on radio, 10% more AI than 38th overall, hardly a massive margin for error considering she's competing against people on itunes who have lead single hype, new album hype and general promo.
And let's not forget #51 is hardly representative of where she's actually charting and that the position she was in before was achieved before the strong updates she's had recently.
I wouldn't say it's doing any worse than most other songs at converting listeners into sales, it's problem, if you want to call it that, is that's all that's propping it up.
