Of course they can hype it up, but if she doesn't feature a big name on it and somehow makes people see Paparazzi/Telephone again in the near future. I think it would get a regular single reception, it's not that I don't want her to end the trilogy, but I don't believe that it would smash hard just because the MV is a continuation of a 6 year old song
