No. You can tell from the picture that she has had multiple surgeries, such as a nose job and has regular botox injections and has had fillers. You can also tell (even though her mouth is closed) that her coke addiction has eroded her also constantly plaque covered teeth. She's also had some work done on her lips.
She almost has an entirely new face from 2008!
