That's what I was thinking as well. I have no idea. Eventually, I was able to get her to go through. But, the one I genned was an event Meloetta, so I thought that you couldn't get it shiny if it wasn't shiny locked. But, yes, sis is a bitch. Her and Genesect gave me so much trouble.

Oh, thanks for the info. Good thing I didn't go for shiny for Arceus, Jirachi and Celebi then, it would have been a mess.

Oh right, I remember your Gene quest. 
Oh well, I have to content myself with the flop non-shiny version then.
Meloetta is so interesting, I admit I haven't used her in battle yet, but she sounds so cool. Ghost-immunity + ability to change her typing and stats + Serece Grace and Relic Song + her crazy movepool etc
It all sounds so cool and unique. I MUST have her!

I haven't used her either. Arceus is dope as well. The Multitype ability. Give him a Mind Plate and he's now a psychic type. Such a versatile creature.
