Plus she's looked a bit "swollen" for like a year. I think it's just the effects of weight fluctuations, substance use, aging (things that happen to everybody) and of course MAKEUP because she is a huge celebrity with people who style her differently for events and music videos. The "changes" aren't obvious or consistent enough to say she's gotten actual work done.

The Friends finale was trash too.

The entire last series just felt like a long drawn-out funeral procession to get to that final episode.
