Yep. Red is pop album, and the alternative-rock influence is stronger than country itself
The only reason ppl call it country is because most tracks are dominated by guitar sound. I mean, Colbie's songs are also dominated by guitar sound

All Too Well is country with rock influence
And I dont see any reason that other songs are country

Well it is more pop then Fearless but Fearless was the perfect mix of country and pop so that shouldn't be held against Speak Now

Speak Now is not a full country album but it's still a half-country, half-pop album. Speak Now, Mean, Ours or maybe Mine have some country elements so you cannot dismiss that fact.
