If Twitter follows are the origin of her mental illness then yes I'd feel guilty.

But then again if losing followers on Twitter is causing her mental anguish then I guess I can't really feel sorry.

No, this has started long ago, i believe she stopped taking her meds after the BTW era, notice a complete attitude change? We have sources from people like Elton who say he never hears from her anymore. Her illness is also where she is getting this 'Art' obsession from, and the fact she thinks puking up from your insides equals 'Art'...Poor girl.
