Beyonce has NEVER been on the celebrity level of Britney in the 00's, now she is a flop yeah, Beyonce will be in a few years too, and at the end of the day the peaks they had will define how memorable they'll be. And Britney with her 1st album sold the same that Beyonce's entire solo career btw.

No but it plays a huge part. Honestly Beyoncé has had a pretty boring life. Like when she dies no one is going to be rushing to make a lifetime movie about her. They will be too busy making movies about Britney, Kim, Angelina etc.
