Cameron Diaz is probably the shittiest A-List actor that I can think of, but she was brilliant at the turn of the millenium. She had Being John Malkovich, Charlie's Angels, Vanilla Sky, and Gangs of New York all come out within three years of each other.

Most actors would dream of having a career that has highlights like that, and all of hers came out around the same time.

I always got him confused with Brad Pitt

I'm a huge fan of both in that they go for a range of movies and always give great performances in them; not typecasted at all. Only actors i'd put ahead of them (from their age range) are Hanks, Spacey, Washington and...Bardem.
