A good song DOES NOT EQUAL a radio friendly song. Yes, 400 Lux isn't bad (I also think it's massively overrated as a song in general, but that's for another time), but it is dry, slow and monotonous. It sounds like it's dragging on and the average pop radio listener would NOT be here for it. It's kind of like choosing "Team", taking out its interesting melody, diversity and vocal range, and expecting it to do well on pop
To keep this on topic considering it's the iTunes thread, Tennis Court and The Love Club are the only songs that have not been released as US singles that are charting in the Top 1500. We all know TC will be a single, and I honestly would kind of want to see The Love Club being released as a single afterwards (to promote Pure Heroine Extended), but that'll never happen. Then close era. PH has some phenomenal songs left on it (namely Buzzcut Season and Ribs), but nothing the GP will connect to.
Also, Glory and Gore will outsell Team in the long run. Mark my words.
